  Very displeased with the supervisors manner of communication. I had ordered for delivery nearly 2 hours prior, paid via card and tipped. As I spoke with him he told me i sounded drunk. We'll actually im out performing a skilled trade and we're hungry. I don't understand how this even became a thing, but here it is.. Unacceptable behavior. Find quality service workers JJ owners. .

  When you have a sandwich shop and the best thing about your meal is a Coke and a bag of chips you have a problem! Sandwich and service was one star the chips and Coke bumped it to a two star. Took 40 minutes to deliver to less then a mile away! If you have extra money you want to blow "fresh" lower quality meat and veggies then this is your place! Bread was chewy, ham/salami wasn't tasty nothing to write home about here just another overpriced Hamilton sandwich joint. Save yourself time and money and go to Kroger deli or Firehouse or even dare I say Subway!
