  This place sucks. Sat down for 10 minutes and nobody took my order. There was only one other person in dining room. I fixed this places Point of Sale system 25 years go when they were down hard and couldn't run orders. Service was better for the customers then even with the system down.

  The employees at Rt. 4 are always really nice and polite. I've never had a problem with my orders there.

  Every now and then you find the peak experience when at a particular location of a chain restaurant, well this was it! I came through the drive through for a quick lunch, while ordering the employee was very friendly and took the time to confirm everything was accurate. I ordered a double decker sandwich with 2x bacon, lettuce and tomato as well as a cheese coney with habanero cheese and a large unsweetened iced tea to wash it all down. At the window both employees were smiling and very friendly, when I requested a cup of ice they happily obliged. The iced tea was freshly made, and I’ve had some bad experiences at other places ordering what should be fresh brewed tea so always a relief when it is. The BLT and coney were picturesque, like the pictures on the menu! I have a weird obsession with BLTs and as simple as they sound finding a good one is difficult, I normally only get coneys at Gold Star but figured I’d give their sandwiches a whirl and this was one of the best BLTs I’ve ever had! The coney was tasty but the BLT surprisingly stole the show. The white bread was toasted golden brown and not soggy at all, bacon was cooked just right and stacked evenly along with a perfect layering of lettuce and tomato, all brought home with just the right portion of a tasty mayo. It was delicious down to the last bite. Now I’ve found my go to place for a BLT. Thanks!!!!
