  The head chef at lunch time (didn't get his name) made sure everything was great and he runs that place like a 5 star restaurant.

  I love this new location. The staff is great, and the food quality is almost always amazing. I’ve had an incident or two in the past (when this location first opened, but understandable because it was just growing pains of a new location), but everything was handled and resolved properly. I’m always welcomed when I walk in, which makes the experience even better. I also really like the rewards program, and the cheese coneys are a great value for the price. Especially compared to Skyline, where coneys are now $3.19 each, which is honestly ridiculous. The Skyline location down the street doesn’t even compare to this place in terms of service or value. I genuinely enjoy coming here. My only complaint and it’s not really against this restaurant specifically is the HUGE potholes at the entrance and exit of the parking lot. They’re terrible. I even reached out to corporate after one nearly destroyed the wheels on my wife’s car. We actually stopped bringing her car here because of it. Corporate told me they don’t own that part of the parking lot, so there’s nothing they can do, but it’s still hard to understand why some kind of agreement couldn’t be worked out to get them fixed. You build a beautiful new restaurant, but the entrance and exit are full of giant potholes. Honestly, if I had the extra money, I’d fill them myself lol. Other than the potholes, everything here has been great.

  Absolute slowest service in all of fast food. Order 3 coneys and it takes 30 minutes to get them. Unreal will not be back
