And the customizable pop machines were set pretty lean. Tasted watered down. Best thing were the fries that I really shouldn't be eating as a diabetic. Dining room is about cheap as it gets no matter where the store is located.

I was supposed to get grilled onions on mine but they missed that Too. The Cajun fries that I heard so much about were greasy blobs with Way Too Much seasoning. I will say the staff was very helpful in remedying the problems but for $63, I'll go elsewhere.
- CBC BJul 23, 20262.0Just left there an hour ago. I didn’t know five guys could make bad food until now. When ordering the person taking the order said something strange. I hope you enjoy your food. Well, that was a prelude of what was to come. The fries and the burger were wet with grease, soaked. The manager came over when we were almost done with the meal and asked how he liked it and I said not that great. I don’t understand why everything so wet. And he said well I can see that they overcooked the fries fries were soggy and greasy and then he said, but I don’t know about the hamburger. I don’t know what happened to that. And then he just walked away. I ate it because I was hungry and didn’t wanna complain, but it was definitely not good at all never had such a wet burger from five guys ever. Quite frankly why even come over and ask if you’re just gonna walk away. Not sure what was going on that day cause I’ve eaten there before and it’s been great.
