- AAAnonymouslySep 22, 20265.0As you all know, I’m sure that they had a promo where you got a free sweater cup sleeve with a purchase of a medium drink or coffee I’m pretty sure it was just coffee but anyway, I went through the line once and then went through again placed my order paid at the window and the cashier at the window said only one per customer (I expressed I wasn’t aware of that and I was just grabbing one for my sister) , but had it in her hand I guess because she had already swiped my card. I would’ve gladly rejected it. Had she not swiped my card, (but I don’t know if that was me being rude or nice about it ) but the manager who was a man must’ve said to give it to me because I already paid and he took my order. I appreciate the restaurant for giving me a second one even though I didn’t have to have it I could’ve gone to another location, but definitely make it clear. Put signs out if needed ! Just a future reference for upcoming drops for dunkin merch . Again they did give me a second one, but the store only had 12 so I could see where it would be an issue for other cars going through ordering two or more just clarification would be important on these things ! By the way, I think they’re remodeling was kind of silly because the whole drive-through blocks anybody in the parking spots just saying 😬
- KBKylie BuckSep 8, 20265.0This is hands down my favorite Dunkin! While this location was going through its remodel, I had to visit a few other Dunkin locations, and honestly, none of them compared. The staff at this location are always so friendly, considerate, and consistent. One of the things I appreciate most is how they remember my usual orders. It’s such a small thing, but it really makes you feel like a regular and like they actually pay attention to their customers. They’ll remember what I like and how I like it, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. My order is also made correctly every single time. Whether I’m getting my usual coffee or trying something different, I can always count on it being made the way I ordered it. I’ve been to other locations where my order is wrong, tastes completely different each time, or I feel like I’m just another order number, but I never seem to have that experience here. The remodel was definitely missed, but it really made me appreciate this location even more after having to go elsewhere for a while. The consistency, friendly service, and the fact that the employees genuinely seem to care about their customers are what make this my favorite Dunkin. I’ll gladly go out of my way to come to this location!
