The bowel was literally 1/3 full from what I usually got and for what I'm paying. I'm very dissatisfied. Do not bring your money here. The sorry scopes they give you and the price you pay. I feel bad for previous customers.
- HPHolly ProvinceJul 16, 20261.0I came to pick up an Uber Eats order and Chipotle was turning drivers away because the first driver “stole the food.” The manager kept repeating that they “couldn’t remake it because they’d lose money.” It was ONE burrito bowl. Chipotle is not going bankrupt over rice and chicken. I drove from Fairfield on fumes, offered to show the order on my phone, and suddenly (magically) the manager tells the line worker to respawn the order and it’s done in two minutes. So you can remake it… you just didn’t want to until someone called out the nonsense. That’s not leadership. That’s not customer service. That’s not protecting food cost. That’s just bad management. If anything is costing Chipotle money, it’s the unprofessional excuses and the refusal to fix a simple problem. Do better.

Every once in a while you get people who seem friendly enough or at least look interested lol. I get work gets tiring though, but what really gets me about this store and a few other locations.... Pls just go inside and order your bowl bc if you order online... Rarely are you ever going to be satisfied with the quantity of food you're getting. It's always skimpy when I order for pick up vs going in person thru the line. But other than that the quality of food has always been up to par and it stays very clean in my opinion!
- EEElijahJun 24, 20262.0Food was fine besides cold chicken in my burrito bowl, my 2 star rating is because I used the the drive threw lane and when asked for the order name i stuttered, I have anxiety problems and sometimes simple things jumble my brain. Everything seemed fine until right when he let go of food and and I heard him and some staff laughing extremely loudly at my stutter. It was embarrassing and the laughter could've waited till the window was shut. I get finding it funny but they did not try to hide the facts. Heard one of the yell "CRAZY AH STUTTER". Probably my last time returning until staff change. Have had more issues in past as well.
