  I have always loved 7 brew so I was excited that one by my house was opening. Unfortunately this place has been a huge disappointment. The lines literally take over 20minutes (regardless of how busy they are), the drinks are never made correctly, and the cups are never full. I will stick to springboros location and will happily make the drive. This location really needs to get it together.

  Everything I’ve gotten from there is bitter and disgusting. I won’t wait through that long line and ruin my morning over paying for something that doesn’t taste good at all anymore Yesterday was horrible paying five dollars for something and I had to stop at a gas station and get another cup of coffee

  Walk up window is always closed and the lines always have 20+ cars in line. I get an hour break at work and don’t get my drink before the end of my break, obviously there’s an issue with that. Then to top it off the macchiato’s come with Carmel and somehow they forget it almost every time with a closed pick up window / long line so no way to get it corrected.

  The drinks are great, but this location seriously cannot handle being busy. It’s consistently a 30+ minute wait with zero sense of urgency. The two lanes aren’t staggered properly, so one moves way faster while people who arrived later get through first. West Chester gets just as busy and never has this issue. Clearly some additional training or better management needs to happen because the reviews have been saying the same thing for months and nothing seems to have changed. A drive-thru drink place should not consistently take this long.

  This was our first 7 brew experience and it was not a very memorable one. We pulled into the drive thru and placed an order with the helpful drive thru assistant. My wife ordered the raspberry truffle macchiato with almond milk, and I ordered the caramel apple pie macchiato. There were three vehicles in the line before us and we waited approximately 15 minutes before the first vehicles order was filled and then by succession each vehicle in front of us seemed to go fairly rapidly. When we pulled up the drive thru worker handed us our two medium drinks and mentioned that they were plain macchiatos. I questioned what she said and repeated our order back to her, to which she replied, "yes, and caramel apple pie macchiato and a raspberry truffle macchiato". So we took our drinks and drove away. My wife was excited to try my drink and then start in on her drink. When she took a sip of mine, she said this is a plain macchiato, no flavor. I was completely surprised, so I confirmed what she was saying and it was indeed a plain macchiato. My wife then tried her drink and said it was a plain macchiato with almond milk. We are very disappointed in our first experience and in our estimation we can't imagine ever returning. I guess you could say the experience has left a "bad taste in our mouths".
