  I get why this is a big deal and people wait in line. My first time was a few nights ago. It was near closing time and the staff was as delightful. They all told me their favorite drinks and I went one of the suggested one. Can’t remember it at he moment. If I were to open a coffee shop Riley, McKenna, and Lexi would be my first hired.

  I've been a hard core loyal customer since June.... I absolutely love 7 brew sugar-free options and the fact it never raised my glucose as a type1 diabetic. I probably get at least 20 drinks a week it's that amazing! Well, today I drove in with my family after church perusal it's 30 minute drive 1 way for us so it's a treat that worth it... Today my barista who took my order was absolutely rude to my family and I she was annoyed by all the drinks we had and told us we couldn't get drinks with no ice anymore because they get yelled at for it nor sell 7 energy in a can anymore which is wild because I just ordered 3 drinks that way the day prior. I just asked for our regular drinks and I got them and mine wasn't it's usual blue color it was purple. I told the sweet girl Its supposed be a Sf ocean breeze 7 energy with passion fruit and whip cream. She says ok and I watch her tell the barista and she just adds a pump of passion fruit to it... I she tries to hand it to me and I politely decline and tell her that my drink is usually a light blue she then goes to tell me that the Barista had put in sugar-free 7 energy with sugar-free Ocean Breeze and pomegranates I told her I do not like pomegranate and I just want sugar-free Ocean Breeze with a splash of passion fruit i get the new drink it looks beautiful and we drive off... Well I taste it and its not my normal drink it's different and by this time I'm just upset so I leave it at that.... It was a horrible experience from the rudeness to the annoyed barista because she has to remake my drink was enough for me probably for awhile.... I love my 7 brew but the new employees have to remember were paying customers who would like just what we ordered that's all no attitude especially when it's not needed wanted or deserved! Also my drink wasn't fully sf because my blood sugar never gets like this especially when I tossed my drink mid way through! My bloodsugar was almost 300🥴

  Terrible experience!!! Waited a long time to order which is understandable there was a lot of people there. I ordered a total of 5 drinks the girl read my order back to me and everything was correct. Apparently they didn’t have strawberry for smoothies and asked me what else I wanted I needed a minute to think and they got mad. I had 5 drinks so i clearly needed a drink carrier. So I ask for one and guess what they didn’t even have those. What a joke. Then I was so upset so i didn’t even realize until after I left they made my drink iced instead of hot…

  Fast? Excellent service quickly? Not my experience. I stopped to by to give this new business a try. I pulled up behind a car and waited my turn. The car ahead of me was working with the one attendant that was outside. I waited patiently, pulled up the website to review the options, and signed up for an account. Still waiting patiently. Watching the workers chatting and making drinks. Finally the front car pulls away. Right before it does, another car pulls into the lane next to me. I pull up to the front of the line. The young man taking the orders chats with some co-workers for a moment and then tells me he has to take the other car’s order first. What?! I have been waiting patiently for five minutes but a car that just pulls in gets served first? The co-workers are inside hanging out and chatting. I am completely ignored. I pulled away very disappointed. I get home, go to the website to see this company boasts of fast quality service 🤔

  Usually I’m not a huge 7-Brew person, BUT TODAY I was served by MIANNA. MIANNA was so polite & patient as I didn’t know what I wanted, or what they offered, I told her what I usually got other places and she gave me some great recommendations, and even got my connected on loyalty rewards..after placing my order, she stayed by the counter to be able to carry on a legit conversation with me. I’m leaving this review for MIANNA bc I want 7-brew to know this is usually why I pick somewhere else, bc I want the quick coffee shop experience.. I want to feel as if my coffee order matters, and sometimes the drive thru can make or break someone’s day… MIANNA definitely made mine today!!..
