Kids wanted raising Cane's next door so when I saw there was nobody at Rally's (short wait) foolishly decided to try it again.. plain order, rally Burger and fries... Fries warm but tough as shoe leather have been sitting under the heat lamp forever... Burger so cold I can't even review it till I get home and throw it in the microwave... Stay away

The service here is so bad I placed an online order for pick up they forgot to add 2 of my items didn’t realize till inopened my bag, they also ignore the personalized instructions I checked the no ketchup box and they still added ketchup on everything (based on all the other comments they need to get rid of the current staff permanently and hire a new team)
