  good luck trying to call the store if a part of your order goes missing because all you will get is they're call center, which will not let you get in contact with the store like at all. ordered online and the doordasher that picked up my order said that they were handed 2 different orders with no receipts attached to any of the food. All they had of my order was wings I got but were missing my pizza. They thankfully replaced my pizza and gave me a bigger size when I went to the place and explained to them what happened!

  Can't speak about the delivery part because I'm not about to deal with Doordashers. Ordered carry out and had zero problems. Everything was made perfectly and the staff were really friendly. Took no time to get my order, only about 15-20 mins. Will def be back :)

  my food never got delivered , they never answered the phone when i called , then when my mom called they had an horrible attitude & hung up on her twice . i ordered at 4:00 and its 7:02 .

  I’m honestly done with Pizza Hut and blocked them on social media. I was given a $25 gift card from another store over a false advertisement and issues with management at the store. They handled the issue well. However the compensation I was offered was a gift card and the order I placed with said gift card created another unacceptable customer service moment. Order placed at 10:04 pm was showing a delivery time of 10:45. I called at 11:08 pm and sat on hold for 25 minutes…. Mind you they picked up about 5 minutes in and asked pick up or delivery… I said it was about an order I placed already and was immediately slammed back into a hold…. I just can’t with these people anymore…. The order got here without my Dr Pepper and I was offered a free doctor pepper with my next order…. So rather than actually do something about the issue the solution was the next I’m I place an order with a minimum purchase of $14 for delivery they would replace my item…. I honestly can’t anymore this place is going to give me a stroke.. Best of luck in your future it’s not hard to see why Pizza Hut is bleeding money… The order was also sent out door dash because I could not tip with a gift card so that’s likely a part of the delay…. I had $5 in cash for a tip up until door dash decided I didn’t need my full order.
