Very unprofessional the person at First and second window, the little girl got ignored that I asked for my receipt at the first window and the second window. The little girl with the braids got mad when I ordered a large high sea, and it was 3/4 of it filled up and there was no sauce in my bag, and I asked her about it and only gave me one sauce. They really need to stop having these kids at the window.

I genuinely would never go to this McDonald’s ever again the people in our disrespectful they charge you for the wrong people‘s order. My order was only $6.58. They charge me $15.50. I didn’t even realize that I paid that much and the people in the McDonald’s they told me that I paid $15.50 then the manager comes up and tells me I only pay $5.50 when I clearly see on my Apple Pay that I paid more than that and then she tries to act like it’s a problem with her, giving me a refund and then was telling me that she’s not gonna help me no more after she only refunded six dollars. That’s how much my order was she didn’t wanna hear me out she had a busted lip. I couldn’t even get the name out of her because she just kept telling me to slap her like at this point you guys do not need to work in fast food if this is how you are addressing people, the other employees that are not Managers should not have to overcompensate for a manager because the manager does not know how to act with customers she does not need to be in customer service she needs to be fired this is not the first time this is about the second time that I’ve came in there and she’s acted the same exact way. It’s very disrespectful.dropping a photo of how much I paid, and the receipts of how many time they had to refund because she didn’t want to help me, it’s truly disgusting and rude

Staff wouldn't take my order, said I had to order at the kiosk, when I asked if the kiosk takes cash I heard the girl ask what I said then say nevermind it doesn't matter. Service at this location has been trash for many years now and I'm done giving them money

The worst McDonald's experience ever! Now they apparently can't/refuse to give refunds because that manager is on vacation. My family showed up to the Groveport Ohio location at 6pm. It was 6:30pm and our order still wasn't done. When I first complained, they acted like they didn't even know what I was talking about. A receipt never printed from the kiosk. The "manager" on duty had to look up the order....then they started to make it! After several more minutes our order was called as "complete." Half the order was correct, there were no drinks, and the sandwiches were made incorrectly! How does a fast food place not offer refund?! Especially for an absolute terrible experience! My family will not be visiting this location ever again and we will visit other fast food options from now on! We will be contacting corporate on Monday and reporting this ridiculousness and total customer service failure!
