  Pick up time was 5:11. Took them 5 minutes to figure out they gave my food away and said it would be another 8 minutes after that. Its been 30 minutes and im writing this as I wait. I made the mistake by paying online because I would have already walked out if I hadn't and if I would have known "8 minutes" actually meant 30 minutes I would have canceled. A credit for a medium pizza doesnt cut it. This has happened there before but it won't happen again. Edit: they didn't even really give me the $12 credit. What happened to Pizza Hut?

  Put in an online order here because it’s the closest one (20 minutes because all the other ones have went out of business). When I went to pick up I told my kids to go have a seat. The girl tells me I can’t eat there because I ordered online. I have supported this place weekly and it’s never been an issue. We tip well, we clean up after ourselves, etc… Fast forward and we get home, open the boxes and the food is the wrong order with Jessica’s receipt tucked on the bottom. Yeah we will just skip Pizza Hut all together moving forward. That was just a whole mess.

  The manager Quintshay was great . We had z group of 12 , she made all our food and brought it out to us . The pizza was really good and the staff was awesome. One even came from the back and put a five in the toy claw machine and after three tries won my 4 year old nephew the toy we spent 10.00 trying to win . Great experience!
