- BMBrittany MJun 20, 20261.0Pretty disappointed in my visit today. I usually go to the one off Olentangy Road and it's literally the best food and service. I stopped coming to the Stringtown location because The quality just isn't there. I live in Grove city and my daughter really wanted it today because it's her favorite place to eat so against my own accord i went anyways. I know, silly me. To start the employees were complaining right in front of us while we are waiting for our food. I can't even blame them because there was one girl working the line multiple people were in the back . The topping station was an absolute mess and it wasn't like it was super busy so they definitely had time to clean it up. I would rather wait a minute while you clean than watch you make my food in the middle of a total mess. The chicken was burnt and dry, and the rice was hard and undercooked. We decided to eat there, and I actually packed up my food to take home because everything was cold. My cheese literally didn't melt in the slightest bit. Now let's move on to the restaurant itself.. Every single table was dirty so we had to sit at the bar, even though I have a six-year-old it was just the only place that was clean. The floors were covered with rice and napkins and when I went to the restroom and they had no paper towels, and it was also dirty. I used to be a manager at this location when it first opened and it's really sad to see how much it's went downhill. I will listen to myself from now on and not return to this location. The photo shown is after I sat and waited for my daughter to eat her food while we were there and driving all the way home.. cheese still isn't melted..
