- KPKristopher Patterson5 days ago1.0Very disappointing pickup experience at Chipotle on Stringtown Road. I placed my order through the app and received a notification that it was ready for pickup. When I walked in, an employee immediately asked if I had a pickup order. I said yes and gave them my name. They looked over and the ticket for my order was still stuck to the wall—the order hadn't even been started. The employee then began making my order while I stood there waiting. It took another five minutes before I was finally able to leave. I understand restaurants get busy, but don't mark an order as ready for pickup when it hasn't even been made yet. The entire point of ordering ahead through the app is to avoid standing around waiting for the order to be prepared.

First the only employee who talked out of 5 of them said they didn’t have enough employees to open, so it was online only. Chairs all on tables well past opening, dirty store, and employees standing around. I ordered chips and guacamole and the one employee who talked made it feel like scooping a spoon of guac was going to ruin his whole work flow. He also served what tasted like 2 day old chips. Chipotle always scares me because of work stations that look like the picture I posted. This is how people get sick.
