  The fact I had to wait an additional 20 mins past the time for my food to be ready but it STILL be ice cold is insane to me. The price of the food I paid for vs the quality is crazy. My bowl I ordered is an insult and the fact the only thing my kids were excited for were the chips and they’re stale and disgusting. Don’t waste your time or money here.

  82 dollar mobile order. Get there and they didn't have guac. Had already paid to have it added to 2 burritos and 2 sides. Had to call for a refund on that. Then we get home and none of the burritos are labeled. Have no idea which ones belong to whom. The bowl that was supposed to have double chicken, light salsa, extra cheese and extra corn was COMPLETELY MISSING chicken cheese and corn. The bowl was literally salsa soup. Seriously don't go here. Just go up the street to Stringtown road

  I’m currently new to the Area my boyfriend and I got a new place and decided to Try out This Chipotle in Groveport since this will be the closet Chipotle Too our new home ! I myself worked in Chipotle for about 5 years in different locations in Columbus including Olentangy, Mill run, Hilliard and a couple others as a Service Manager. As too why customer service is important to me. The customer service I received was terrible and uncalled for! I got attend well on tortilla side but when I go to salsa side down the line I ask For a cup or Queso, The girl who helping me on salsa side with a butterfly tattoo on her left arm and blue face patch , proceeds to get portion cup and place it upside on counter with dirty surface which is unsanitary, then I proceed to ask for a side of half red and half sour once again she put it upside down on counter, keep in mind she not happy what so ever no friendly interaction just, mean mugs which really doesn’t feel welcoming , I ask her can I get cheese and guac on my bowl please she proceeds to put guac and no cheese she asks “Anything else on here” I say no I see my bowl and I see she didn’t put cheese I tell her “Can you put cheese on my bowl please” she then says with a nasty attitude and mean remarks “ Well I asked you if you wanted anything else and you said no” which to me was uncalled for there’s no reason a customer who’s being polite and understanding should receive this experience especially trying out a new location for a first time! As someone who still currently works in food service this was highly disappointing:/….. I do plan on coming back to this location so Hopefully there are more friendly and welcoming, as i will continue to come and possibly become a regular in the future! This is a picture of my receipt that shows around what time my interaction was, Hopefully GM takes further actions with his crew member and creates better hospitality!
