  JOHN IS A Very rude individual, he belongs in the night club not customer service, was rude and had a huge ego would rather hold up the line and argue with a customer unprofessional, put his hand in my face, spent 10 minutes talking with co workers instead of making bowls FIRE THIS GUY HES NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS !!!!! Hollie is amazing de-escalated the situation, very nice respectful woman !! Everyone walking around with bad attitudes like you put in their applications if you hate your job clock out !!!

  My first time trying Cava. Let me start by saying the that the atmosphere is so inviting and calm. I let Christine (I hope I spelled that correctly) know 1 e never been there before. She was super polite, patient and explained everything. Amazing employee and superb customer service. The food was fresh and flavorful! Great portion sizes. I created a spicy chicken bowl. Thanks to the suggestions offered and being able to sample a couple dips. I will definitely recommend and will be back! I do wish there was a closer location in the city.

  I thoroughly enjoy CAVA. I was very excited when they opened in Columbus OH. The restaurants are always clean and the staff is always friendly. I love Mediterranean but I like to really customize my meal and CAVA gives you that option They give you many options. Not only are the menu options up on the screens, they are posted on the glass right in front of you as you move down the line so you can easily pick and choose. Even if I eat I whole bowl, I don't feel stuffed. The food is filling but you don't feel overly full. The Pita chips are addictive. The onion flavored chips were fantastic. My go to: Bowl: white rice, falafel, two tzatziki, 1 crazy feta, corn, extra feta, slaw, garlic sauce, yogurt dill, and two orders of feta chips.

  My first visit to a Cava restaurant today and I was not disappointed. In fact, I was greeted with many smiles, and Dee was super helpful and super kind! In fact is a random gesture of kindness and for my first time visit, he treated me to my first bowl after he went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my meal! I would highly recommend visiting this Cava location!! Thank you Dee!!

  It's good. Bit too pricey for me to go there more than every so often. But the food is fresh and tasty. THE WORKERS NEED STAND MATS. They are standing on painted concrete. They are obviously in pain standing in one place directly on rock hard ground. This isn't acceptable treatment of your employees. I also had no way to tip them (no card option or tip jar). I don't like the way it seems you are treating your employees.
