Adriana recommended Cava to me earlier in the day. So I got my wife's order and proceeded there for supper. She had the grains and greens build your own bowl with chicken. I opted for steak and feta pita. Considering it's a 25 minute drive home, everything was still great! Everyone there was very friendly. Unfortunately that is no longer the norm at a lot of places.
Adriana, THANK YOU for the recommendation!!!

I dont see how anyone can rate this place anything other then 5 stars! I came here just to give it a try, and the lady walked me through everything no pressure and gave recommendations was super friendly and let me tell ya the food was so good and i hardly ever write reviews so anyone on here rating it otherwise is just a hater! If you on edge of trying this place and want something new give it a try youll be impressed promise ya!

As soon as I walk in the whole crew gave me such warm hearted welcomes, kindness, and I felt very welcome. Alyson and Chance were so kind to me and they made me smile and happy to be there. I’m so glad that we have another wonderful place in Grove City where people can go and not have to deal with bad service. The food is absolutely amazing, and always tastes fresh, and the management is beyond amazing, I am glad to have met such wonderful people!

I have heard a lot about CAVA and was passing through town on a road trip and decided to make a stop! As a vegetarian, Crazy Feta, Roasted Pepper Hummus, and the Falafel were definitely my favs! My family loved the spicy chicken and the lamb! Our biggest complaint was it is too loud in this restaurant. It’s hard to order, hard to enjoy yourself. The toilet was also extremely dirty. Overall great flavors and very nice staff helpful to out of towners! Hopefully you bring one to Cleveland!

Two customers at one table only. A lotta staff there yelled, Welcome to Cava, when I walked in. Door and Order Counter are a weird unflow, at opposite ends. I was the only one ordering. Maybe 15 staff standing around. Set up like Chipotle where you point & order what you want through the partition. Every time I stated what I want, every one of the staff said, what?? Like 1 to 2 times, bc they either couldn't hear or understand me. There were many staff standing around talking. It was noisy. Maybe they're still in training and nervous. I felt uncomfortable having to yell every time I asked for an ingredient. I got a bowl with greens, lamb meatballs, veggies, yogurt sauce and a small drink. $19.14 !! Cashier said there was an upcharge for the 4 tiny flat lamb meatballs, 1.5 inch diameter and 1/2 avocado. It's a fast food Mediterranean restaurant; lamb is the normal Mediterranean protein, right. Chipotle regularly offers a variety of winter / summer protein types and no extra charge for proteins, sauces or veggies. Delicious, however did not offset skimpy portions & poor counter service. Definitely not worth ~$20. Central Ohio restaurants come & go, typically within 1 to 2 years. Consumers are fickle and picky. At this price, I predict Cava will close within the year. If they hang in there, they'll be closed next year.
Oh, if you like the Chipotle concept with Mediterranean flavors, suggest you go to Brassica for far better value, normal portions, no upcharges, better customer service.
