  Smelled like urine as soon as you walk in. The area where the food was prepared was disgusting. The worker who made my sandwich (I didn’t even eat it) had stringy unclean longer hair, no hair net. Wore gloves but coughed without covering his mouth at all. The floor was gross and sticky. In addition to the disgusting atmosphere it took them well over 15 minutes to make one sandwich. I only went there because I got a free sandwich. Passed an unhoused person and didn’t want them to get sick or I would’ve offered it to him. Google won’t let me give 0 stars. Ordered online before going in otherwise we wouldn’t have gotten food there. What a shameful operation.

  Today I went in there to get some food, the staff basically ignored me and had a great attitude. I would not recommend going into this Arby’s because you will have poor Service and poor attitude.

  While the sandwiches looked good and built right. The meat was not good. In fact one had beef jerky on it.

  Angus cheesesteak, their was very little meat dabbed sparingly on sandwich. The bun was nice. Could not find any onions at all. The cheese was barely noticeable. Not worth the money. Won't buy again.

  We went through the drive-thru to order our food. There were no other cars in line do they were not busy but it took longer than anticipated to get our food. I said thank you and tge person actually looked me in the eye and replied "you're welcome ". That was a plus. We only live 1-2 minutes from today store. My Mac and cheese was literally cold. We had to warm it in the microwave. The fries were not done, they looked pale and were not warm. We had to heat those up in the air fryer. The roast beef sandwich was actually cold and the meat was just laid out on the bun like if you were to take a stack of slices of baloney from the package. It looked very unappetizing. It had to be heated on the microwave. Very disappointing and the good was even more disappointing. We won't be back.
