  Oh my gosh, the staff could not have been more unwelcoming. My husband and I brought our 8 year old grandson there for a donut and everyone was disinterested, unfriendly, frowning, and acted like we were ruining their day by being there and the place was empty!!!!! Bismarck’s across the street is far more pleasant. Never, ever will I go back. We had planned on eating in the shop but no way, bye bye. Sad and crappy experience.

  Poor customer service manners! The young ethnic man working inside was on his phone the whole time. The store was slightly busy with a backed up drive thru. He got front counter orders wrong, ignored me when I walked in after making eye contact. Never changed his sanitary gloves after dealing with cash before packaging donut orders. Very unsanitary and unprofessional.

  Took my client in for an afternoon snack. He has a specific diet so we ordered menu items and had ingredients removed due to allergens. The young man (Asian) working drive through took the order. While I ordered he was texting on his phone wearing his gloves, dealing with front counter cash and drive thru cash and handling food with the same gloves. Not to mention he made my clients drink wrong. Thankfully you can smell banana! He bagged my clients order and left it on the counter without alerting us that it was ready. Completely ignored my order after he was the one to ring it in. Waited 20 minutes to get my order, while he cashed out 7 drive thru customers and 2 other front counter customers. Whole time we were inside he was playing on his phone wearing the same gloves.

  I would give this place zero stars, but that is not possible. Therefore my experience was a 1/5. While observing coffee preparation, one barista had her hair down and accidentally placed it in the whipped topping. Accidents happen, however she proceeded to give the drink to the customer. When waiting for my food, the staff became angry and cursed/yelled at each other. I understand that they were stressed, however the frustration was apparent to customers decreasing the pleasantry of the atmosphere. The lack of professionalism was very apparent and in no way was this good service. As a fan of Dunkin I can say that this experience has decreased the chances of me ever returning.

  I have gotten Dunkin twice now. The first time my iced coffee was half empty! It’s been a while and thought okay… let’s try again. I shouldn’t have tried again! I ordered a Dunkalatte with Carmel swirl, sugar, and a shot of coconut. What I got was a plain iced coffee. No sugar no nothing! I ordered 2 orders of the omelet bacon cheddar bites. What I got was nothing! Last time I was missing half my coffee. This time I’m missing HALF of my order! I will NOT be giving this Dunkin another chance! And from the looks of the reviews… this store needs either A new management or B closed.
