When she called the restaurant, they told her they’ve been having issues with that. She told them she just wanted to cancel the order and get a refund back, they told her they weren’t sure if they could cancel the order, but could give her a refund. The staff member told her she couldn’t do the refund while she was on the phone. So she asked for a confirmation number so she knew her order was canceled. They told her they didn’t have a confirmation number and wasn’t sure if they could cancel it. Buffalo Wild Wings doesn’t give you an option to cancel an order through the website, they make you call the store who apparently can’t do anything on their end either. What’s the point in going out of the way to call the store when it’s just a dead end.

If you’re hoping for a quick meal or something of that sort. Good luck you’ll be there ALL NIGHT. And on top of that the service is never very friendly. Alongside this there were a group of people just vaping out in the restaurant.The food is ok but it’s not worth spending your entire day in poor atmosphere and poor service.
