- NKNick K4 days ago1.0This place is an absolute disaster. One guy on the line while 3 staff just stand and watch. The food line hasn't been cleaned all day with food everywhere. All the products have other items in them, like the red sauce in the sour cream. Just looks filthy and yet the staff just stand there. The bathrooms are also gross and have no toilet paper or paper towels. Not sure who runs this place, but it should be a case study on how not to run the business.

There are 12 workers and 2 of them are working the rest are standing around. Whoever manages this place needs to get it TOGETHER.

When I asked for an update they said they gave my order away to someone else and they would need to remake it. After another 10 minutes I checked in and finally got the food. One of the burritos had zero meat in it when it was supposed to be double chicken. Unfortunately this was not my first experience like that.

- MGMitchell GreenSep 17, 20261.0All the employees where nice how ever they where out of steak and both types of chicken I decided to wait till until the next batch was ready about 10min. I Got two bowls to go both identical. In which both matched in being wayyy overly salty. After picking the bowls apart to try to salvage it we found the rice and chicken where both way overly salted I even tried adding more sour cream that I had in the fridge and still couldnt cover it up the chips where also undercooked and floppy atleast they weren't over salted lol. So now we have to figure out something else for dinner and the wife is not happy at all so thanks 👍
