  We were excited when this location opened and have been regular customers. Unfortunately, errors at the drive through drove us inside and on several recent visits we were surprised by the astonishing lack of cleanliness of the restaurant. Doors, windows, tables, and the beverage area were noticeably dirty, and the visible food-preparation area appeared filthy as well. We raised the issue with store management but have not yet seen improvement. We like Chipotle and hope this location can improve because it could be a great addition to Granville.

  Currently attempting to eat at this chipotle. There are 5 workers present: one making meals, one prepping food and 3 in the back talking. The one making meals has asked several times for help and no one is coming to assist. It’s sad that these kids are overwhelmed while the manager stands in the back and talks with friends. Please avoid this at all cost. Ready for chipotle to leave Granville and we can get something good in here

  Sat at the pick-up window and waited for 15m while employees walked by before one finally handed me my order that had been done for 25 minutes. By that time my hard shell taco was soggy and cold.

  Worst Chipotle experience ever. Mobile order took 35 min to make. Cold when we got it. 5 of 6 orders were wrong. Wildly disproportionate in the serving size (see pic, supposed to be the same burrito). Both orders with steak were undercooked with overly pink in the center. Zero apologies for the wait nor thanks for waiting so long past my order pickup time. Never returning.

  If zero stars were an option I would leave that instead. Definitely the worst chipotle location I have ever experienced yet unfortunately there are virtually no other “fast food” options in town. Portions are consistently small even for a greedy, slimy con-man run corporation. Rice is consistently undercooked, ingredients always desperately low or out. Unenthusiastic and incompetent employees led by a clueless manager who prefers to have five people on the (non existent) drive thru line while only one employee is attempting to run the line and register by themselves-while customer line up out the door at lunch time. Do not come here if you don’t have 45 minutes plus for your lunch and the patience of a preschool teacher. Recently got a steak bowl and it appeared they threw the steak away and put the fat in the bowl… Soda is watered down, and with the parking design and Granville drivers I am surprised they aren’t selling car insurance in the parking lot. (Don’t worry you can get that across the street). If I had to choose between this location and four day old gyros from a gas station on MLK Jr Boulevard I would take my chances with the gyro… Tables and floors are absolutely disgusting, legitimately the worst take out establishment I have ever witnessed and I hope one day it is replaced with quite literally any other business. I can remember a time i looked forward to eating chipotle, that was in 2009 when this location didn’t exist. I would rather witness another pandemic than be forced to give this establishment more than one star. So to summarize: Slow and rude service ✔️ Small portions ✔️ Absolutely terrible quality ✔️ Disgusting atmosphere ✔️ Expensive ✔️ Hard to get in and out of ✔️ Regret similar to a hangover ✔️ Thank you for stopping at Granville Chipotle (just kidding they won’t thank you)
