  This is my 2nd time ordering lunch here and the first time no one would answer or respond to anything sent to them. I didnt get a refund or my food remade. This time today, i placed an order hoping after not ordering for a few months maybe things got better and nope. Chips were stale, my bowl was half full, hardly anything in it. I will NEVER come back to this location. It wont allow me to upload any photos or give me an option to.

  You all really need to lock in and get it together. Was just told they were “sold out of chips for the night”. It’s 7pm. The portions were equivalent to the Great Depression era. CRAZY.

  Today I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. After a very stressful day at work, I stopped in to grab dinner for my husband and me. From the moment I walked in, I was met by some of the rudest and most unprofessional employees I've ever encountered. The employee who took my order avoided eye contact, had a terrible attitude, and acted like I was an inconvenience. I didn't say anything because I'm generally a very patient and understanding person. Then I got to the register. I had a valid BOGO coupon that expired today. When the scanner didn't apply the discount, the cashier simply told me I would have to pay full price because "there was nothing she could do." No attempt to help. No effort to find a solution. At that point, I asked to speak with a manager. The manager scanned the exact same coupon, and it worked without any issues. Why should customers have to go through that kind of hassle just to enjoy a simple dinner after a long, stressful workday? Good customer service isn't complicated—it starts with kindness, professionalism, and a willingness to help. Please train your employees to do better.

  If I could give negative stars I would. This chipotle has NEVER gotten a drive-thru order right or on-time. The two times I’ve gone in to order they’ve been out of items - sometimes after I ask if there’s some in the online order line they’ll go get it after telling me that’s not appropriate. Last night I arrived after pre-ordering for 20 minutes later to discover that my order would be “at least another 30 minutes” and being told I should cancel so they can get caught up. I cancelled and went to the Heath Chipotle which is outstanding. Now I can’t get the Pepper chat to reimburse me so I paid for an order I never got and corporate is impossible to reach through the app. Terrible. Will not go to this one ever again even though it’s the closest. Save yourself the trouble and go to Heath or New Albany!
