I had to wait in the lobby about 15–20 minutes for my food, which already felt pretty slow. When I finally received my order, only one of the burgers was made correctly. The other was made with the standard toppings instead of what I requested, and I never received the 6-piece nuggets at all. After waiting that long, it was frustrating to get home and realize half the order was wrong or missing. Hoping they can improve order accuracy and service speed.
