  Before all else, allow me to extend the highest commendation to the establishment known as Taco Bell. Upon entering its respectable halls, I was met not only with splendid victuals, but with the most marvelous strains of The Greatest Showman, whose melodies filled the air with uncommon delight. Never before have I found myself so thoroughly entertained whilst awaiting a humble meal. The atmosphere possessed a grandeur most befitting a fine gathering, and I daresay the music lent even greater satisfaction to every bite. Should this noble practice continue, I shall gladly return time and again, for it is indeed a rare pleasure to dine where one's ears are as well treated as one's appetite. I bestow upon this worthy establishment the highest praise imaginable and recommend it to all ladies and gentlemen of refined taste. Five stars, with the utmost distinction.

  I write to register my utter dismay following our recent visit to your establishment. My companion and I partook of our evening meal within your dining room, yet the service proved dreadful. To our great chagrin, upon opening my paper parcel, I discovered not a single napkin had been provided to remedy the grease upon my fingers. Worse still, the kitchen entirely omitted my friend’s order of cheese-laden nachos—a negligence most foul! A thoroughly disappointing affair. One star, sir. One star.

  Kaitlyn.. drive through attendant.. was hateful and short with me. There was no issue with my order. So I didnt complain or anything. There was NO reason for her to be so hateful with me. I was going to ask for couple more sauces. She got ride with me and slammed the window in my face. She threw my food at me as well. Also, Denise, a manager has been VERY rude to my husband a couple times. Though this was several months ago. But a new girl was trying to take my order. She needed the manager's help. She turned to a tall, older lady and said "Denise can you help me with this". This Denise rolled her eyes at the new girl and took quite awhile to come help. When she did.. she was cutting me anf my husband off as I spoke my order. Rolled her eyes at me. Then I heard her snapping at another worker afterwards. Just a few very rude people who work here. Not sure if I will be coming back.

  It’s not a very clean place. It takes forever to get your food. The tables need wiped down. The floors are slippery and covered in crumbs. You have to order on a kiosk. There’s no human interaction.
