  Pizza hut is my favorite pizza, but I believe ill never go to the Georgetown location again. I understand and use to them being short staffed. You'll wait 30 minutes to a hour to get your food. This was my 2nd time going to this location after church this past month. Both visits it took 3 tables to find a clean enough one to sit down. My 2 kids and wait a hour and 10 minutes, we had to wave down our waitress 2 different times to get refills. After a hour and 10 mins and still not getting our 1 large pizza, I was told we were forgotten about. The manager promised it would only be 12 mins to cook to please stay. we sat down and 5 mins later a different staff member came out and to ask us what we ordered for the 3rd time. I totally understand accidents happen. We're all humans. I asked the manager himself if I owed them anything for the drinks that we had to be a Father's day event . He said " No forget about " His body language seemed that I wasn't being reasonable. No discount or no appology was given from any of the staff. That's why I'm writing this review.

  If I could give negative stars I would . The service was horrible the waitress keep forgetting drinks and our order waited over 45 mins for one pizza and breadsticks. Definitely don’t recommend going there !

  I was just in there for a carryout order and they were all just standing around and nobody was up front by the register and the lady (blonde hair in a bun) was rude to me when I asked when my order will be ready and she said it just now was put in the oven. I will be contacting someone about this because it’s not the first time it has happened. They don’t ever have my order ready I always have to wait half an hour just for it to be handed to me

  I drove an HOUR to visit this Pizza Hut, but when I had the Deep Dish and their Garlic Bread Sticks with marinara, it took me back to a time in the 90s where it was simpler. I also brought my parent with me as a treat and even she said it was just like she had back then and the best pizza she has had in over 20 years. I asked the staff if they use the same sauces and ingredients as their other "corporate" Pizza Huts (e.g. Delivery/Take-out Only places) to which they said "Yes". None of what I experienced and tasted was at all like what the small shopping center Pizza Huts push out! Maybe it is the effort of the "Dine-In" Pizza Hut staff over the "Order-To-Go" Pizza Hut? I do not get emotional over food, let alone pizza, but, I took a bite of the food and had to sit, as the food struck a cord from my past. Alright, enough of my nostalgia and long-winded descriptors lets "dig-in" to the details! **Food & Restaurant Review** - The deep dish pizza uses a sweet sauce, has a nice crust which is buttery and just the right enough crunch to satisfy even the most hungry of pizza patrons, maybe take some home for later dipping sauces... The proportions are in the sweet spot where you have PLENTY of toppings, sauce and cheese to the bread ratio.. ugh it was amazing, which is hard to put in to words. To 'top' it all off, pun intended, there is what looked like Oregano sprinkled over the top of my deep dish sauce. - The garlic cheesy bread sticks with 2 marinara cups should be in an order of it own. You get around 8 ~'phone-length' bread sticks which are covered in plentiful cheese and delicious bread, but watch out for that marinara! The marinara is also a sweet sauce similar to the deep dish, but compliments the buttery bread in a mouth-watering experience. - They have Pepsi products, so if you wanted Diet Coke like me, just be aware. - They even had the phone ringing a lot which had the same sound as some 90s phones would make, taking me back. - The tables are draped with a 'cloth' and the floor is 'exceptionally' clean. When I looked at the floor around our booth table, there were no stains or tears in the carpet. - The tables have salt and pepper shakers, Parmesan and crushed red peppers (bring on the spice!) - The booth we sat in and what many of the similar other booths were comfortable and in good condition. They do have central room table seating which can be moved together, as we did have a party of 10 come in and combine tables. - Yes, there is a central-room 'buffet' self-serve area like ye-olden days of Pizza Hut. - Staffing is pretty good, though there did not seem to be many waiter/waitress', but it was mid-afternoon/evening on a Saturday. I cannot really hate on them too much, as it is quite rural which is quite nice out there and more staff came in as we were finishing up. - I provided pictures of their provided menu as of 6/6/2026
