  Tried to order online wasn’t able to so I call ten order in they said 29 min showed up they were ready. All 3 pizzas were very good Will be back soon

  I wish I could remember our waitresses name but she was absolutely so kind. I came in from the heat and couldn’t eat. Just felt a little nauseous. She took such good care of my husband and grandson while I sat, sipping on tea. I appreciate all of what you did today, including my to go water.

  This is a Pizza Hut Classic.The atmosphere feels like going back to childhood. The food is phenomenal and the service is exceptional.

  Pizza hut is my favorite pizza, but I believe ill never go to the Georgetown location again. I understand and use to them being short staffed. You'll wait 30 minutes to a hour to get your food. This was my 2nd time going to this location after church this past month. Both visits it took 3 tables to find a clean enough one to sit down. My 2 kids and wait a hour and 10 minutes, we had to wave down our waitress 2 different times to get refills. After a hour and 10 mins and still not getting our 1 large pizza, I was told we were forgotten about. The manager promised it would only be 12 mins to cook to please stay. we sat down and 5 mins later a different staff member came out and to ask us what we ordered for the 3rd time. I totally understand accidents happen. We're all humans. I asked the manager himself if I owed them anything for the drinks that we had to be a Father's day event . He said " No forget about " His body language seemed that I wasn't being reasonable. No discount or no appology was given from any of the staff. That's why I'm writing this review.
