I couldn’t decide on a substitute for a half dozen so I asked the cashier to help me out. I said “I’m on my period, can you get me whatever substitutes you think would be similar?” I got the hopeful “I’ve got you girl”. When I opened the box- I was surprised by SIX RED JELLY FILLED DONUTS. Like haha I get it- it’s the start of summer break and you thought it would be funny to prank me. Well- I cried. I wanted literally anything with chocolate. When she named off options- every single one was a chocolate option. Next time- give the girl on her period some dang grace… geez. Teenagers nowadays…

She never smiles and practically throws the donuts at you and will never lift a finger to make any drinks. The only type of people she is nice to is with gross old men and it makes her look disgustingly easy. I haven’t been seeing her and my mornings are way more refreshing. I used to give this place a 2 and now it’s 5 star Dunkin’ Donuts.

Some days you’ll receive good service from one of the nice ladies up front and they’ll give you what u asked for. Other days. You’ll get service from someone who acts as if they’ve never read a book or seen a day without drugs. But this isn’t what I’m here to complain about. What I’ve noticed with my own eyes and overheard from some of the better employees is that the management here is abysmal. This would explain the random service and lack of training stated above. Not only does the manager of this establishment fail to do the basics. But I’ve also heard who I believe to me the manager (a middle aged shorter male) to talk extremely nasty to his employees. This is something I’ve noticed slowly over the past year and I come here to raise awareness because I feel sorry for the employees who work here. The majority of these employees are minors and a mid 40s male can’t even bother to be seen doing any work with customers or training employees. (I don’t wanna even think about how this man would treat his family if he has one). As someone’s who working in food service in college. I can understand that you aren’t going to find the crème of the crop in these places. And that’s okay. But some basic human decency would be nice to see sometimes. Just unfortunate to see as I do appreciate what some of the employees do for the customer base. I don’t think this message will do much for them. But I hope some other customers may see this to raise awareness and treat the employees with kindness. Thanks!
