  This place is absolutely terrible. Very unprofessional, food is salty, small portions of food, short staffed, and rude. Their manager Morgan has a nasty attitude and seems to hate her job. You are better off going to the Chipotle in Ashtabula or in Chardon!

  Be careful I placed a delivery order for $100. Chipotle said that they dropped it off with DoorDash, but I never received the food. DoorDash at the restaurant kept telling drivers they didn’t have an order. Dont order online from this location

  The restaurant was filthy. Food spilled all over the serving area. Staff never looked up or said a word to us. I asked her why was it so dirty, she never looked up. We walked out.

  Overall we had a good experience here. Volume of music wasn't too loud, as it usually is at most Chipotle's. We went during dinner rush, so the line was slow, mostly due to that. I do think they needed more employees for the main customer line. One employee stepped in and then things were much smoother. The front counters were covered in food and very messy. I've worked in food before so I get it, but I think having a better routine of wiping off the counters quickly every 5-10 minutes would be helpful. The employees were quite lackluster, not seeming very welcoming or serviceable. But they were efficient and did their job well. Enjoyed our meal with good portion sizes, would go back here again.

  Despite being extremely busy and seemingly understaffed, the employees here did an amazing job. They were out of a lot of things, and consistently had a line out the door. I definitely feel for the employees, I know what it’s like to be on their side, low on staff and busy. Brittany was super sweet and was doing an amazing job managing the chaos to the best of her abilities. I would definitely say these employees deserve a raise and better working conditions. No employee should have to deal with everything they were dealing with. Thank you to the employees, keep doing great work. <3333
