  Placed mobile order and waited 20 minutes after I got there to receive my food. Same old story for this McDonalds.

  Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got rung out for 2 snack wraps instead, also ordered ice cream and they did not ring us out for it and made us go all the way back around for their mistake. After we went around again, at the window we stated that we did not receive our chicken sandwich and received snack wraps instead they went to go “fix” it, came back and PROCEEDED to give us a regular Mc chicken. I was so outraged I left. absolutely horrible NOT GOING BACK.

  I went here to get a mixed ice thru the drive thru. I went to pay and the worker jumbled over words after saying "damn" I paid then went to next window there were 4 ladies there to hand me my order. All with the deer n headlights look 🤣🤣🤣 this restaurant had great service

  I did not order food. I just needed a small cup of ice and it took 3 minutes for them to give it to me.

  Make sure you check your food before you leave and i mean unwrap it. I was asked to wait on the 2nd window after coffee was handed it, Waited 15 min there to get my Sausage and cheese McGriddle cold with NOT sausage, Worker didn’t even apologize about the wait or say anything at all just handed food with rush and closed the window. I saw many cars after me leaving with their food so i know they forgot about me, i had my window down and a lady behind me told them she couldn’t move to the other window because there was a car. you guys are ridiculous!
