They’re not blending it thoroughly so it’s a waste of my money. I can’t drink it because the clumps of ice all through it won’t go through the straw. I started asking them each time to blend it thoroughly. Well I forgot this morning, and here I am again, wasting my money because I can’t drink it. I shouldn’t have to tell them to blend it thoroughly. But other than this, I love this dunkin, but I will change locations if they don’t either fix the blender or use the blender the right way.

I spend approximately $21 a day on coffee and donuts, which adds up to well over $500 a month. As a regular customer spending that kind of money, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect my coffee to be made the way I actually order it. I have called this location numerous times asking to speak with a manager, only to repeatedly be told that no manager is available. I have also spoken directly with an employee several times about my coffee being made incorrectly. Each time I’m told, “Sorry,” yet I continue receiving coffee made however the employees choose instead of according to my order. This is no longer an occasional mistake..it keeps happening, and I’m beyond frustrated. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly call, complain, or explain the same order when I’m a daily customer. I’m leaving this review because I’m hoping a manager or someone from Dunkin management will finally see it and address this issue with the staff. I enjoy Dunkin and clearly support this location regularly, but I expect my order to be made correctly and my concerns to be taken seriously.

He proceeded to say it wasn’t a compliment he said I look dull. I was in a rush so I said thanks again I look just fine to me. He then asked if I just woke up at 130pm… If I had the time & patience I could’ve told him about his looks but no need I just won’t be back to this unprofessional goofy man & terrible location. Go somewhere else beautiful black women.
