  The employee told a couple and myself that you can't just walk in and order at the counter like other fast food restaurants, but I had to turn around and order on their touch screen. I do not work at taco bell so I simply left and I will not return.

  My chicken was over cooked or maybe mixed with new and old and the steak was very very salty not sure what's up with that but everything was put together well and service was good, but the ordering machine one was messed up also.

  My chicken quesadilla cheese is never melted . Anytime I call they never fix their mistake. I work fast food so I get it but pleaaaseee I just want the cheese to be warm.😭🙏

  Not only did I get one thing I ordered wrong. Every last item I received was wrong. Burrito had sour cream when asked not to be. Tacos were supposed to be supreme, came just meat and cheese, my kids stuff came with the wrong things on it as they cannot eat their chipotle sauce, but it was smothered in it. I was like man, even though I can’t eat this, at least I got a midknight Baja to drink…. Nope it was just light purple carbonated water. This place is a joke and the dude taking your order was under the influence. Don’t eat here. At all. They don’t answer phone calls either.
