  My Buffalo chicken wrap was actually good but everything else about the experience was horrible. It took an hour to get our food, even though there were only a few other tables filled when we were there. The server brought out the sandwiches for two of us plus one of the two appetizers my other friend ordered for her meal. The appetizer was room temperature as was my friend's sandwich and side dish. The other sandwich was a little warmer than room temperature. My friends had nearly finished their meals by the time my meal and the other appetizer arrived, 15 minutes after their meals had arrived. My friend's pretzel knots were overdone and while my meal was hot, the order was incorrect. While it was easily fixed (the server brought me a plain chicken wrap rather than a Buffalo chicken wrap), the server acted like she was doing me a huge favor to correct it, even though the 4 of us all agreed that I had never asked for the sandwich without Buffalo sauce. My friend's beer was never brought to the table and there was no apology about that, either. When my food finally did arrive, I had already eaten half of my friend's sandwich since she had offered it to me, so I had my food boxed up immediately, which did prompt the server to say that they had been very busy that evening. Maybe that was true before we arrived, but the restaurant was mostly empty when we were there. I ended up eating the wrap and fries as leftovers the next day and they were good, but not worth the nearly 90 minute wait.

  Service is just awful. We recently came back into town to visit family and have ordered online twice. Both times we have had horrible experiences even though they were online orders i cant even imagine what it would be like for the sit down service since when we asked for a correction of their mistakes, (received a regular fry when ordered a large and paid for a large ranch and didnt receive it), i got so much attitude from the manager and another worker. Honestly i have heard others talk about how bad service is which is a shame since the own employees are making it hard for us to return to such location and at the end of the day negatively impacting their own pockets since eventually people will stop going or simply wont tip due to their lack of good manners.

  Waited 30 mins till we finally just flagged down a waitress. Wings were dry and hard . Food didn’t come out as ordered.

  I love this location BUT today i want to share frustration. I ordered the chili-lime slaw for the 1st time ever. There were 2 and a 1/2 bites of slaw...that's it! It cost $5.00!!! Upon opening the bowl/container, i could see the BOTTOM of the bowl. There was only enough slaw to cover the bottom, except for the bottom part that was exposed. I then, bunched it altogether for a pic of a different perspective photo.
