However for employees to then continue about it on Facebook in a public forum is absolutely unacceptable. It’s clear for somethingike this to happen it starts from the frachisee and works its way down. To borrow a sports analogy it sounds like a complete lack of institutional control.

When he did the employee that walked around from the back brought with her such a strong weed smell it seemed like she was smoking in the back room. We wont be back

They didnt have any more meat available for the sub she ordered the customer wanted it substitute for another meat. I felt so bad for her they all were yelling at her. Two customers just walked out while waiting. Horrible experience will not go back.
