I wanted to provide feedback about a frustrating experience I had tonight with a mobile order in the drive-thru. After the automated system asked for my mobile code, I gave it and then waited for a response. After a delay, the employee asked if I was going to order, so I repeated my code and was told to pull forward. When I got to the second window, I was then told the order had not been stored in the system yet and that I needed to go back around. The employee at the window became dismissive and shut the window while I was trying to explain what happened.
I understand mistakes happen, but the communication between employees and customers in the drive-thru was extremely poor tonight and the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and frustrating. I ended up canceling the order and leaving without food.

On May 2 did a mobile order for fish sandwich with lite tarter sauce, large fry no salt and large diet. I got a fish sandwich with about inch thick tarter, fries had some salt. Called & was told next time in would get me a free fish. May 3rd, got my fish sandwich it looked like it was spit on. Ordered salt free large fries and heard them all complaining about it. I cannot eat salt. My drink sat for 15 minutes, ice melting while they waited on all the cars in the drive thru.

Crestline McDonald's is always good. Our orders are always right, the workers are friendly and the food is actually cooked and hot

Food is great but whenever I order a LARGE fry NO SALT this is what I get. (Shown in the picture)
I get a medium?? I’m sorry I don’t like the crap ton of salt you put on your fry’s now. DO BETTER!!
Also if we ask for mayo on a sandwich (mind you we have to pay extra for) then put it on the dang sandwich.

I go here almost every morning and the service is just getting worse they dont care how they make the food dont care if they give you the correct food place is going downhill because noone takes pride in what they do I wont go there again. I am done with messed up orderes and terrible service. They cant even make there new drinks without makeing them a mess.
