  I went through the drive through tonight everything went as usual when I go to fast food. Order, pay, receive food, go home. Tonight after I had received my food I had just got home to sit down and eat and realized I had got the wrong food. I called to the store and the manager was super polite and understanding and gave no issues at all. She gave me a few options. A refund, my food made fresh and correctly and coupons for a future visit, or to credit an account for the meal so I could come in and get the same meal another time. Yes she did exactly what she was supposed to do but in today’s society that deserves praise. Especially with how quick people are to spew vile words or negative energy. I had forgot to ask her name but she definitely deserves recognition!

  I've eaten here several times and the food is always great. Occasionally items are missing from the orders, so check your bag

  Staff went above and beyond to correct a glitch on while ordering from the app. They called me IMMEDIATELY and fixed the glitch... plus a free fry and drink. Arby's food is always good. Get the app for deals.

  This is my favorite fast food place in Galion. Best burger out of all of them.
