We have had their pizza before and liked it but the customer service really needs work.

You just can't go wrong with any of them, and they are all worth the trip if you have to make one. Every time we're in town, it's one of our planned stops. We've even gotten some to freeze and take with us back "home". I have dreams about their food and wake up finding my self looking for plane flights. lol. We miss it so much!
