  05/17/26 I went through the Drive thru and Order 10pc Nugget Meal With Ketchup and A large Sweet Tea , Then we wanted to try out the new orange dream drink so we got that as well we paided and approached the 2nd window the lady had such a nasty attitude she handed the food with no sauce or napkins in the bag then she proceeded to hand me the sweet tea and practically threw it at me she was in such a hurry when there was hardly any business she then handed me my last drink and told me to have a good day I told her I needed ketchup and straws she told me McDonald’s doesn’t allow her to hand out straws and that they were sold out of ketchup. I’ve worked at McDonald’s and know both of those are not true anyways the black lady in the drive thru had terrible service and a shitty attitude McDonald’s should be ashamed to have such people even working there. So don’t go here unless you want to drink your drinks with no straws and get attitude when you ask for sauce. From now on I will go out of my way to avoid this McDonald’s at all costs!!!!!

  I ordered my food online and the lady said they bout to make breakfast and I said well I just woke up McDonald’s and you guys have to take it off the menu like you guys had to turn off your screens and everything. No we don’t I think ma’am, I know what McDonald’s do I used to work at McDonald’s I know that means you need to turn off your orders online and everything else needs to be turned off for no one don’t pull in and try to order food. You don’t know what you talking about and I’m like you know what I want report this I wanna make sure I tell people I try to get food at 3:35 AM. that was the worst customer service I ever have in my life on McDonald’s. I’m never gonna do that location again. In this store must be open 24 hours a day that is false.

  Just went through the drive through, 4/25 10pm. They couldn’t keep our order straight at the speaker, 2 large cokes and a fry, I had to tell them 3 different times that it was wrong. When we got to the window, we figured out why. The window opened and we were smacked with the smell of weed!! Like they were hot boxing the restaurant. They looked stoned out of their minds and walking around in slow motion. They asked us a few times what we ordered and we almost didn’t get our fries. I’ve gone through all the food service safety certifications, and I know for certain that hot boxing the restaurant and smoking around the food in general is a big problem. Now, the morning/early afternoon staff is amazing here!! They are always nice and keep everything together and moving. But I have no clue what’s been going on with the evening staff lately.

  This McDonald’s is consistently terrible. The food, the Customer Service, the atmosphere are all miserable. We’ve been there multiple times, always hoping that it might be better, but it never is. Tonight, the fries were served cold, our hamburgers both had buns so old the edges were crusty and dried out, AND we got the wrong order! On top of this, the young woman employee gave us ATTITUDE when we asked for the right food. I have no idea how this restaurant could be getting 3+ stars when employees just don’t care & disrespect customers.
