  Mmmm, I'm a little annoyed. I placed an order through the app, and when I went to pick it up, they gave me a shake that wasn't the one I had ordered. Plus, the shake was spilling everywhere—they had put a lid on it that caused the whole thing to overflow from the cup, and even then, they didn't clean it up; the shake was oozing out from all sides…. To be honest, this isn't the first time I've received an order that wasn't right…

  Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Plenty of staff but not acknowledged in that time. All kids standing around talking, not working. Walked out, terrible service.

  I bought a coney dog from there never had a problem till recently. They eat their deep fry those hot dogs and hot oil or use a microwave. I burned the roof of my mouth. Just left the dentist because salt, water and warm water rinsing my mouth was not helping. I have to go to the compound pharmacy and get a special mouthwash to use and it’s gonna take two weeks to heal. I’m not happy. I can’t get them on the phone. It keeps saying their voicemail is full and I usually buy a hamburger. I’m not buying more hot dogs or coneys from there again! I know who the owner is Mr. L. I have been a customer there for many years. I have bought many items there. I will just stick to burgers if I can trust that now and ice cream and cakes. I will never buy another sandwich from there again. I posted my bad experience on fb and my restaurant page not to buy sandwiches just ice cream. They have not offered me any coupons or anything! Jessica is on Mgt staff is rude and refuses to compensate me. I was a longtime customer for years I will never go there again nor will my colleagues or family members. I’m posting my negative experience w this DQ . I’m also reporting it to The Atty General as well. It has taken me two weeks to recover and eat regular food from that burn. I refuse to spend money and be treated disrespectful. I can go to another DQ that values it’s longtime customers. I’m now not going to buy anything from there. I reported the bad experience w our neighborhood committee. This DQ is not a corporate store so they care less about how their customers are treated.

  Worst service I’ve had at DQ ever. Filthy interior with lighting fixtures sitting on some of the tables. Would have given zero stars
