I’ve tried this location so many times, but this last time “broke the camels back”. They close at 11pm - I went in shortly after 10pm because of work. As soon as I walk in an employee is coming out of the bathroom near the entrance and says to me “Man, why you coming so late, we’re trying to close early”… I laugh it off and say “my bad I was working”. Then when I go to place my order… they LITERALLY only had 3 items: white rice, chicken, and cheese. I asked if there was any corn or sour cream or lettuce in the back and the employee says- “Naw this is all we got, you picked the worst time to come, that’s on you.” Chipotle is such a JOKE now. Absolutely NO quality control or customer service skills. Y’all should be ashamed of how you run a restaurant and retrain your entire staff and management:

The meat was dry and burn the rice was plain no salt the chips ware old and steal no one in my company was able to eat I was not giving a receipt but the last 4 of my card 2574. I called but did not feel like they care too much about my feet back sound it like they are used to getting customer complains

There’s too many employees that just stand around and don’t help the customers or their fellow employees. Place is never stocked of plastic wear either. Very light portions. Overall bad experience. I will not be coming back to this chipotle.
