Special Mention: The person at the register I believe her name is Naomi. She was very sweet and nice and had the biggest smile out of everyone. Not only was the food delicious! but the service could not have been better today! Thank you!

I go inside and nobody acknowledges me for about 10 minutes. Finally get asked the name for my order and she says it'll "be a minute"... I don't receive my order for another 30 minutes. Why even mark the order as ready? Complete waste of time and horrible service.

Will NEVER order from this location again. UPDATE: an employee finally acknowledged my existence and they found the order ticket. 37 minutes after it was supposed to be ready… they’re finally making it.

They will prioritize an online order on the line in front of you despite you standing there waiting. The employees desperately need trained on working quicker and staying at the register. Food wise, Chipotle has obviously declined horribly, but this one is mostly okay except the rice. The employees don’t know how to make it or serve it. It’s too compacted and then they smash it into your bowl/ burrito with their serving spoon. Salsas and toppings are constantly spilled into one another without any care by the employees. I would go elsewhere.

Every one of the people working should be fired. They were also out of ice, and wouldn’t do it to help. They told people for 30 minutes (how long we had to wait in line) that more cheese would be out in 5 minutes. This place should either shut down or every employee and manager needs replaced.
