  This place is a disaster!! Please do yourself a favor and never visit this location. Placed an online order and waiting 40 minutes for pickup. As they started to make it told me they were out of cheese and soft taco tortillas. Ummm what?! After I had watched 30 people go through the line. The place was dirty, workers yelling at each other. Meat burning on the grill. I just wanted out of there! Hopefully I get a refund. This was unacceptable on so many levels.

  The owner of this place needs to get a clue. It's always short staffed, always out of critical food items, always a long wait (even if you placed an order on the app). I've never seen a Chipolte this inept. And don't hit me with the corporate apology message. I know you could care less.

  There will several workers available. The only one was doing the work. The food needed replenished and no one was moving to do it. For example, I asked for peppers and onions and the container was empty, except for a few scraps left in it. Those scraps look like they have been sitting there all day. The server scraped them out and dumped them on my bowl - gross. I asked that he take them back off again because they were all soggy and brown. I've heard a lot of bad things about this location and I experienced it myself. I will not be back to this location. And paying Adult prices for kid-size portions is ridiculous.

  I order the chipotle burrito bowl and I was very disappointed. They didn’t put any black beans, veggies, or lettuce Which were added to my order. They only put plain rice, tomatoes and chicken, Who those that and I will never forgive you guys for making me wait for almost 3 hours for my order and then given me a bad food. this was 04/22 around 8pm. I will never order from this store ever again.

  I'm incredibly upset by how my experience went this afternoon. I brought my significant other to this location because they were having a rough week and Chipotle is one of their favorite meals when they need a pick me up. We walked in and while the restaurant was a little busy, the line was short and the food seemed well stocked. Nothing hectic. We got in line and noticed the red haired employee seemed annoyed when the man in front of us had to ask for his fajitas twice due to her not paying attention. When we were next, my significant other asked "hi, how are you?" in a very friendly manner. They worked at Chipotle a long time ago and know what it can be like handling a bunch of orders. This person ignored her, asked "for here or to go" and despite my significant other responding with "to go please", the employee got short with them and asked "for here or to go" again as if they had just been horribly inconvenienced. My significant other asked for a tortilla on the side and the employee rolled it halfway on their shirt. They also scooped old spilled rice off of the table and tossed it back into the rice container, which was quite disgusting. This employee seemed so angry with us, that it was better to pay money for the food than to ask for a remake. We ordered 2 large bags of chips to go with the food and they were under fried and under salted. It just tasted like stale oily tortillas. The only nice thing about this visit was that the cashier, Ben, was so nice. He made sure to close the lid that wasn't secure on the bowl and was kind to us. In total I spent $15+ on stale food and a tortilla someone put on their body. But the worst part is that we just walked in for some food and were excited to have a good time only to leave feeling upset and disappointed.
