  I have been to this location a few times now. Other locations in the Columbus area are hit a miss. I waited awhile with this location before writing a review. In all my times here I have never been disappointed. Their attention to making it right is always correct. Food it hot and tasty. Bathroom, kitchen, and dining areas are always clean and stocked.

  This might be the worst arbys in columbus, food old and stale, dried out chicken. Consistently horrible, this was officially my last time going to this location

  Food is just fine but there's always mold in the ketchup dispensers and it takes too long to get your food. Consistently.

  I don't normally complain but this was horrible. Their fries had burnt bits all over it and they tasted burnt and like old oil. Then the brisket sandwich had next to nothing on it meat wise when it's suposed to be 1/4 pound. It was 2.4 ounces of meat and they didn't put the BBQ sauce on or the crispy onions that I paid extra for. Horrible experience.
