  The only Arby’s I like is this location the one on Main Street tastes old all the time. So I make the 15 minute drive to Morse rd and back and my French dip and Swiss was still hot once I got home. My only problem with my order was the au jus sauce was watery.

  I came through the drive through today at 145. Ordered three roast beef sliders and 2 fries. One crinkle one curly. Was never given the receipt and when I get home, getting ready to feed my children, two of the roast, beef sliders are chicken, which my son is highly allergic to, and then when I called the supposed manager on duty, said that she was sorry, but there was nothing that she can do! My only question is how is there? Nothing that you can do when you served me the wrong food and then when I told you that my child was all allergic to it you blatantly said well there’s nothing I can do about it you got what you paid for and I’m most definitely did not. I will never be coming back to this location again.

  I had an order that wasn’t quite right, I informed the store about it and they made it right, I’m very pleased with the way they handled it so I’m giving the Arby’s in Gahanna a 5 star thumbs up, thank you

  The worst possible place you could go to in Gahanna. Just spend your money somewhere else, it's wasted here. They'll likely get 75% of your order wrong

  The guy taking orders and working the window was more interested in arguing with me about my order than he was in listening to what I actually ordered, was even trying to tell me I ordered stuff I didn't after I paid, some training is really in order here
