  Probably one of the worst locations in the world. Both kiosks were not working, no one working front desk and what should have been a 20 min stop on a road trick took almost an hour. No one in that building had a clue what they were doing.

  Waited 9 minutes at the drive through before anyone even started taking orders with no cars at the pick up windows. Car ahead of me in line hollered 3 times before the person on the headset finally took a whole 2 orders, let 2 cars go ahead then started saying "1 moment". Seems like they wait to take orders until each car is gone to keep wait times down. Food is almost never correct, they can't seem to make a sandwich to save their lives. I avoid this McDonald's as much as physically possible unless my kid begs for the nuggets.

  Guy inside freaking out over a few orders. Cursing while my child is in his stroller. Messed up the food order. Didn’t give us the drinks we ordered. When we showed them the drink order, they still messed up one of the drinks. No napkins in the bag or available anywhere inside. The dining room is a mess. Bathrooms aren’t clean. What is going on here? I would avoid this place. Thankfully, I’m only passing by and don’t live anywhere near this location.

  What’s an amazing Turn over McDonalds on 53 it was one of the worst places in Fremont Ohio and now it’s not even as bad as it was last time I was here my food was fresh and the lobby was very clean and the staff here did great today I even placed my order at the counter and the staff was very happy to attend my needs here.. I would be returning here again keep up the great work McDonalds on 53

  I got done shopping over at the Walmarts in the same complex, I went over to the McDonald's in order to couple sandwiches I also got a medium frappe. The food was good the service was wonderful and I would always go there if I have a chance and have some extra time
