  Lots of cross contamination because staff is untrained. I watched an employee pour bacon all over a dirty line to stock it. If you have customers with gluten allergies or celiac and you use that bacon that was just sitting on top of a rogue piece of bread on the dirty line then you’re exposing them to their allergy. Sad for a place that markets they have gluten free options. They don’t. Don’t eat here if you have allergies or celiac disease.

  Worst order ever order never arrived over 2 hours waiting and when called said they were out of bread. Insane never a huge fan on Jimmy john's but will never ever eat or get food from them again.

  These guys stay true to their name and we're freaky fast David made my sandwich perfect thanks Jimmy John's for making my lunch easy!
