  We went on July 4 2026. My wife ordered a ham and swiss melt (#13) When we got our order she ended up with a Turkey bacon ranch. She went back to the counter and told the person who took our order there was a mistake. All the person did was stand there with the deer in the headlights look. Never said sorry, let me check on this ,or let me get a manager. We did the online form for complaints and as of July 6 havent hears anything at all. Guess since they got our money they don't care. As of 7/26 have not heard from this store except there comments to my review. Corporate e mail i recieved says they have contacted them 2 times to fix this issue. Just want a refund on the order. Still nothing.

  When I pulled the sandwich out of the bag it opened up and fell all over the bag not wrapped very well. Other than that just another poor trip to a fast food joint

  The service was not good. Mr. Had holes in his pants and a tank top on and nothing with Arby's on it. I watched him get out of his car, hurry inside, then put his hands in my bag of food without washing hsi hands. He then proceeded to hand me back my card without even facing me, not even acknowledging that I was there. I've always had good experiences at this arby's, and this was the first time I have seen this Mr. there.

  Ordered and payed for 4 sandwiches for 10.00. was shorted today. Only got 3 sandwiches when I got home.
