  Burgers were RAW! I typically don’t mind rare beef, but this was mushy and disgusting only cooked on the outside and cold inside. As expected from frozen beef, they must’ve taken off the grill WAY too soon. Missing milkshake and an apple juice. Got two big closed bags from the delivery driver and missing two items. Which honestly wouldn’t have been so bad if the burgers weren’t RAW

  I ordered an iced coffee through the McDonald’s app and selected to have them bring it to my table. FOURTY FIVE MINUTES LATER they still hadn’t brought it😳 So I went up and asked for it. The kid knew EXACTLY what order I was talking about and said someone else took it and said he’d get it and asked me exactly what I had ordered. He walked away and never got it. Another girl came up to me and again asked me what I ordered and said she’d get it for me and walked away. Then she brought me the total wrong thing. Then the manager asked me what I order and I told her. So now I’ve ordered it 4 times basically. 1 time via the app and told 3 different employees. The manager then proceeded to correct me and tell me how I should have ordered my iced coffee. Finally someone handed me my coffee. Alls I ordered was literally a black iced coffee with light ice!!! Should have taken all of 10 seconds at the most to make and all of 5 seconds to deliver. The incompetence at this McDonald’s location is astounding! Also the ENTIRE RESTAURANT is so unbelievably dirty and just covered in a layer of dirt and food grime 🤮
