  I come here every day, and the workers are always nice, but the service is way too slow. Orders take forever, and sometimes they’re made wrong. What’s frustrating is the lack of communication. They’ll finish your order and leave it sitting on the pickup counter for 10+ minutes without calling your name. The name on the bag is facing the workers instead of the customers, so if nobody calls your name and you can’t see the name, how are you supposed to know your order is ready? People end up thinking their order is still being made when it’s already been sitting there. Some people are trying to get to work and don’t have time to wait around for an order that’s already finished. I come here every day, so I’ve noticed this happening more than once. The workers are friendly, but the service needs to be faster and the pickup process needs better communication and training. Please do better. Edit: The food is okay, not the worst and not the best. I’d still eat it. The service wasn’t terrible today. It could’ve been a little better, but it was definitely an improvement. The pickup counter was organized, and the names were facing the customers, so it was easy to find my order. I walked in and walked out in less than a minute, so I wasn’t late for work. The staff was nice too. I come here every day, so I appreciate when things are organized and moving quickly.🙏

  I have had multiple experiences with horrible service at this establishment! Employees are rude and ignore you. Actively making eye contact but will not give you service! Waited 20 plus minutes for two medium iced coffees, and still drove off after paying because we were forgotten at the second window! I will be taking my business elsewhere, specifically the Starbucks right down the road! Starbucks keep up the good work!!!!

  I stop here every time I go through Findlay and they get it right every single time! I go through in the afternoon and have never had a bad experience here. And I never really have to wait around for my order. I will still keep coming back so long as they keep the pace!

  You know the sloth DMV scene in Zootopia? That’s the experience I had. My boyfriend and I stopped at this Dunkin on our way up to the Detroit airport. I put my mobile order in at 9:36am for two iced coffees, two wraps, and a sandwich. We left at 10am with everything but a coffee. I had already asked for my mobile order and was told they were working on my drink, about 5-10 more minutes passed, and we decided we couldn’t wait anymore. I’m out of a drink and the money it cost, but there were about 2-3 other people pressing for coffees too and saying it’s the longest they’ve ever waited. I for one have never had to wait 30 minutes at another Dunkin… ESPECIALLY FOR DRINKS. My food was done at least 10 minutes before my one drink, and the other one I just left at the store and took a loss. Shoutout to the kitchen worker(s) holding it down. Look at Alex’s review for a more in-depth review. I don’t know them, but that’s the same experience I had.

  Ordered on my app for ASAP walk-in. It was a large original iced coffee with some cream and syrup flavor. Nothing crazy. Got there 15-20 mins later and went inside. There were a few people there but I saw my name on the ready screen so I went to the counter. No drinks were there but stickers were all over everywhere on the machines and counter. I waited and waited. They were too focused on the Drive Thru. More people came in and seemed to be helped at the register against the employees’ will. A delivery driver ended up asking the older woman (very tall, butch build, with very thin short brown hair) for the order as it said ready on the screen. She literally yelled at everyone in the lobby that “the screen means nothing!” Apparently it is just on a rotating timer and has nothing to do with your actual order. In reality, I’ve encountered her before this is her normal. She just needs to be fired. With proof that I ordered almost 30 mins prior, and really needing to get to work, I was able to stop a different employee and nicely ask for an update. She found my ticket stuck in the abyss on the counter and said “oh…that’s all it is??” And made it within 30 seconds. Unfortunately, this is the only one in town. They are known for extreme slowness, poor customer service, and inconsistent drinks that will taste like cleaner. I have found one thing I like and that is all I stick to. I also avoid the drive thru at all cost because even if you order on the app, you will still be sitting there for 20-30 minutes. Not to mention that trying to merge with the speaker line is like going to war. This location needs some undercover boss type stuff or something to really get them straightened out!
