  Went to get a pick-up order today from my mother. Was asked if I was ordering or picking up, and answered I was picking up under her name. Was promptly ignored until some time after the people in line to order, though I could see my order completed in the kitchen. Main server/cashier up front asked again who I was picking up for. I answered with my mother's name again, and she stared at me while standing still. I thought I may have mumbled, so I tried saying it again, and she answered with "I heard you" and stared again. A few seconds later, she grabs my food and brings it up to me, and kept mumbling (what I can only assume are) curses under her breath towards my little sister who was grabbing a drink from the fountain after. I'm guessing they didn't like how late we were to pick it up? There are two Wingstop's on Market, and had gone to the wrong one before coming here. 0/10 service, but the food was great!

  Placed an order at 8:30pm. Arrived at 9:00pm as it said it was ready. They didn’t even start cooking it and I watched 3 employees walk out of the store all at once while leaving me in the store alone. Never once did they wear gloves, I even saw an employee go to the rest room and not wear gloves afterwards. Got sick of waiting at 9:35 pm and never got my food. Complete waste of time and ridiculously unprofessional and unsanitary service.

  After giving this location three chances, I can honestly say the food is awful. It’s nothing like the food from the Hawkins Plaza location. The chicken is fried way too hard and has a really odd smell. The hot honey sauce tastes nothing like it does at the other location, and even the French fries are completely different. My mom ordered the mango habanero wings tonight, and they were ridiculously hot—like atomic hot. It honestly felt like they ran out of the real sauce and just threw something together. At this point, I’m done being lazy and will be picking up my orders from Hawkins Plaza from now on.

  This wing stop is absolutely spotless . Mariyah Toya & Dlow has amazing customer service ! I appreciate you all very much for feeding me and my family , & thank you for serving me with a smile . Please wing stop give them a Christmas and a new year bonus !!!
