  wanted to recognize Ryan at the Fairlawn Bruegger’s Bagels for outstanding customer service. My mom stopped in to pick up a cinnamon sugar bagel for me and was told they were out. Rather than just sending her away disappointed, Ryan came out and offered to make a fresh cinnamon sugar bagel just for us if we were willing to wait about 10 minutes. That kind of kindness and willingness to go the extra mile is rare these days. The bagel was delicious, and Ryan’s dedication to making sure customers leave happy made the experience even better. Thank you, Ryan, for providing such exceptional service. It’s employees like you who turn a simple bagel run into a memorable experience!

  I just left your place with my to go order and I’m thinking you put hazelnut coffee in the dark roast decanter. I called the store to give you a heads up and not one of the 5 of you that are working this morning could pick up the phone??
