  I used to love coming here but it seems like they can never get the order right even when you go over it. I ask for extra then give me a little bit I ask for onions and chives they give me plain. I even stopped tipping because of this. I’m not rude and I make sure I speak clearly i don’t know what the problem is.

  I pre-ordered online for a large pickup (2 days ahead), to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived we noticed the chairs were already on the tables to signify they were closing soon (over 1.5 hours before closing time). There were a handful of people standing uncomfortablly waiting for their orders, because the chairs were not down. One person eventually took off a chair to sit and drink their coffee while they waited. I pre-ordered a hazelnut coffee. They handed me a cup to go fill my coffee up at the self serve. They didn't have the coffee flavor I requested. I grabbed the house blend to try and avoid interrupting the lunchtime rush. This coffee had been sitting out awhile, so it was a bitter burnt taste. I was hoping to add creamer to cover the flavor, but the large creamer container was room temperature and mostly empty. I assumed it wasn't safe to drink. When I asked for more creamer they rushingly handed me two to go packs. After I left I ended up throwing the coffee out after taking a couple sips. My pickup order of bagels and cream cheese were sitting out in open boxes on the countertop. Normally this would be fine, however there was a excessive amount of fruit flies swarming around my packages, as well as throughout other parts of the shop. Because of that, and the chairs being up, we decided not to order additional fresh sandwiches like we usually do. When we got these bagels into the car, fruit flies came out of the boxes and flew around the car until I could get them out through the windows. At home we realized they substituted a handful of bagels without letting me know by phone or email, nor an updated receipt. I decided to toss all of the bagels sitting at the top of the boxes, due to the fruit flies. Never returning to this location. That was an absurd, disgusting experience. Update: I contacted the management to relay this feedback and received an empty response with no goal of resolution. Further Disappointment.
