  The best hot food I have gotten in a long time, very good organized service. First time visiting this one.

  I have eaten here many times because it is close to my wife’s shop. I am handicapped so I use “Table Service”, most of the time. Today is the third time that they called me back up to the counter to pick up my order. They had plenty of help standing behind the counter, so it’s not that they were short handed. Just plain laziness. There was a woman with several children that also placed a “Table Service” order, They also called her table number for her to come pick up her order.

  They can’t even prepare a simple double cheese burger with extra onion. I get a double cheese burger with NO onion. They don’t even bother to read the order. The fries were not freshly cooked. I ended up just tossing the food in the trash.

  EVERY TIME my husband goes through the drive through, there is a man at the window who has a carefree attitude, never gives us the sauces we ask for, and never double checks if the lids on the drings are fully sealed. Because of that, the drinks will spill in his truck and then again when he gets home. The fries are stale and cold when we receive the food aswekk as the burgers and nuggets we order. This location used to be the good one. Do better.

  If you want to feel like you're eating in a jail, this place is for you. The entire interior is stale, cold, unfriendly and usually dirty. The staff is typically non existent especially when you come in. No one is usually at the counter so you're not sure if you are allowed to order like a normal person or forced to use the computer screen. When you do order from the screens, the card slots are usually out of order so you still have to go back to the counter to pay for your food. Then you wait around like cattle hoping your number is called in a timely manner, which most of the time it isn't. No customer service or gratitude for your purchase. The food is complete garbage. There is nothing to be proud about here to serve. The "burgers" are basically a slab of meat that is slapped with ketchup or mustard falling out the sides. The fries are either under or overcooked. The drink station is constantly out of flavors, straws, lids, napkins and anything else you may need. Don't even attempt the drive through. Once you get stuck in the mouse trap, you can't escape. The line is always backed up, orders are always too long to get and the food is usually wrong. ( Wrong items, missing items, wrong toppings, etc ) Do yourself a favor and check in at the closest county jail. You'll feel more welcome and probably get better food and service.
