How are u going to be a donut shop and be out of EVERYTHING when u get there?? Lady at the window acts like it's not her problem, huffing and puffing bc we must have inconvenienced her. They were limited on munchkins, and that seemed to be odd hearing a Dunkin being limited on munchkins, there’s irony in that. Munchkins was a primary reason that I went to Dunkin’s for their signature menu item. In addition to this Dunkin being limited on their signature menu item, I ordered a Large Ice Brown Sugar Shaken espresso, and I didn’t get my money’s worth for the already overpriced drink. The expresso was loaded to capacity with ice over the visible ice mark line on the cup. Everyone dislikes when more ice is added to a drink to decrease the amount of the drink that you paid for, it’s like stubbing your big toe (we all know the feeling). I read the other feedback and saw that other customers have experienced this inconvenience of having their drinks filled with mostly ice, so there’s a pattern and I would hope that this is mentioned so that this inconvenience can be corrected.

When we asked about the problem we have got a teaching session (tried to teach us what is latte 🤣) than finally one of them accepted that their machine is broken all day long. Not a great experience!

This time, they did not have sparkling water for their new sparklong zero sugar energy drink. Had to change the drink order on the fly at the drive-tnru. They then gave me the wrong size drinks. Had to go in the store to ask for what I paid for. Not so much as a "sorry" was given
