I had another extremely unpleasant interaction with an employee who was a younger white female at the window who was dismissive, disrespectful, and using profanity during our interaction. This is actually the second time I’ve had an issue with the same employee, months apart, and the attitude was just as bad. I’ve already contacted management about my experience, but this type of behavior should not be acceptable toward customers. I do not understand how she is still working there with this type of attitude.
- CBCody BispingSep 24, 20261.0This was an extremely frustrating experience. The employees were driving through the drive-thru area playing around instead of focusing on their jobs. I was told to pull forward while they finished my order, and when they finally brought it out, it was completely wrong. As I was getting ready to walk inside, an employee came back out and acknowledged that they had made a mistake. They then returned with my actual order of a dozen doughnuts, but six were in a box and the other six were stuffed into a paper bag. Several of the doughnuts inside the bag were stuck to the paper and damaged to the point that they had to be thrown away. Mistakes happen, but the overall lack of professionalism was the biggest issue. There seemed to be much more playing around going on than attention being paid to customers and their orders. Between receiving the wrong order, having to wait for it to be corrected, and then receiving half of my doughnuts improperly packaged and ruined, this was a very disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this location. I would rather drive farther to another location than deal with this kind of service again.

And the refresher we got came out with just milk filled to the top and a splash of strawberry. We have tried this location multiple times because if convenience to the highway but each time its been awful. I really think the employees are undertrained and dont know how to properly make the items.
