- JSJan Smith5 days ago3.0First time I have been disappointed with the service. Placed an on-line order and told 10-20 minutes for pickup. I drove to pick up pizza and was told “we are slammed, they haven’t even made the pizza” asked me to pull around. I went back to drive through 12 minutes later. Was told they made the pizza wrong and were making it again. “Pull around and give us 5 minutes” which I did. Again at the drive through “4 more minutes” When I finally got my pizza not a word of apology was given. Not too impressed with setvice

My father in law got a hoagie and barely had anything on it. He called to say something and the manager just hung up. I'm a store manager and that's definitely not good customer service.
