    Horrible take out staff, it took 1 hour for me to get my food after I got there to pick it up. They forgot about the order. Awful staff and service.

    Visited Bdubs (late) last night for the first time in a while and we were so impressed! Great service and food!! The wings were meaty and cooked perfectly, and street tacos were the freshest we’ve ever had. Great value in drinks too! Keep up the good work guys!

    Ate around 6pm on a Saturday evening. Service was meh. The server was nice enough but rarely came around, even though we clearly made eye contact with her trying to get her attention. Serving sizes were pathetic. We paid $10 for an appetizer of fried pickles and there were literally only 13 slices of pickle. It was the saddest looking appetizer I've ever ordered, and they were cold when served. We asked the other server who brought out our food if this was the right size for an appetizer order and she very apologetically said that we were right that it was too small, but that's how big the orders were. Almost $1/pickle slice is crazy. Boneless wings were a little small and overcooked with sparse sauce. BW3 in general has been heading downhill in quality and it definitely shows at this location.

    The place is cool. But thats about it. Doug seems either new, or not confident. And he wasnt attentive. We called another server over to get refills and then she brought our food out which was cold. Like cold to the touch. sat there for 10+ mins. We could see it. There was no lying to us. And we werent even asked after how our food was as a common courtesy. They knew it was old and cold. We could feel the avoidance from both of them. It felt indigenous and she was annoyed we needed help when he was clearly the last server. We could see him checking the tray, left it there to greet a table and disappeared. To the point she brought us our food. My cheese curds were somewhere between play doh and pottery clay by the time I got them. A chicken tender, literally slipped out of the chicken breading, completely staying whole like peeling a banana. That's how cold it was. The thing actually good sadly was the corn dogs. The wings were nicely fried as to be expected. But the French fries my husband voiced he wasnt happy with, he / she, said they'd get fresh ones down, all they did was take some out of the pan under the warmer, double dip them, add seasoning and send them to us. Completely covered and filled with oil we didnt even eat them. Speaking of seasoning, buffalo chips put in incorrect, which makes sense why we didnt have buffalo seasoning. My husband didnt have it left in him to tell them the burger was cold too.. from people that used to work in restaurant, we know how it goes. These workers need to remember they never know who they are serving. And in fine dining. Its like an episode of Hells kitchen. TICKET TIMES. If someone is being sat. Get the food OUT. The new table would rather see you're busy (at 9 pm) than not taking care of people. Treat your section like a party when checking on them. Not individual tables. When it comes to seating fill the middle booths and then side booths. Not oh 3 in middle, 2 in middle of floor at tables, 2 on side and 1 on back wall. It makes it easier to check on tables when clustered and start closing duties. We sat there from 9 to 1046. And waited 40 mins on a togo for 6 wings.. if I wanted a cold meal, I wouldve stayed home, instead of a date night, had my kids come back home, and served them before ourselves, and even their 2nds before my plate, to enjoy a cold meal that was less than 50 at the store for these items, and not $150 when also trying to treat our friends. We were generous giving the 20% tip still knowing he tips bussers and bartenders at the end of the night. First time here in 5 years after bad experiences, and we were reminded why we wont be back. Please take the advice.
