  This place is a joke! Waited over 30 mins for an online order placed ahead of time. Food was horrible! Incompetent staff, inconsistent portions, and no standards. This place has gone to hell just like many others. Shut it down!

  I don’t normally write these but I had a big to-go order for my office today and some of the orders were wrong and my bowl came with like less than a spoonful of chicken. What happened, guys? 🤷‍♂️

  I started working in the area and have stopped in once or twice for my lunch break. Each time the team has been awesome! Christie and Josh are so friendly, so attentive, and make sure their team cares about what they are doing. I look forward to being a regular!

  We eat at this location as the one in Hamilton is usually worse. This is the second time in a week we went to eat there. Main reason we went there is we had a buy on get one entrees coupon. Walking in, it looked like a bomb went off in there. Every table was dirty, the floor was gross, the counter where they make the food was wiped out and the counter behind them even worse with piles of dishes. We were the only ones in the store for a while and nobody came out to wipe tables or cleaned anything. Most of the containers were either empty or almost empty, no steak at all. I mean at all. They said “it wasn’t prepped so they couldn’t cook any and not anytime soon”. Ok, stuff happens I guess so we go to check out. When she was ringing up our order I had my phone out and the lady then informs us “can’t use any coupons or apps” I explained to her that was why we drove all the way there. She said she was on the phone with service for hours and they couldn’t get the system to work and it wouldn’t take any info from customers. As patient as we are, it was now getting frustrating, she was frazzled and I’m sure a lot of people complaining didn’t help. There were no clean tables to sit at so I just told the wife let’s just go next door for burgers as I was done with this store. She said she would take care of it which I wasn’t understanding what she ment then said “she would comp it”. “ I have had to do this all day she said”. Then she asked if we wanted to add drinks and chips to the free order. We said no as we didn’t feel right adding to something we weren’t paying for. FAST FORWARD to today, we went to the same store and again there was a 4 guy group in front of us and that was it. Again every table was dirty, like really dirty with food napkins and stuff on them. The floor looked like if the tables were being cleaned, they just wiped it on the floor and left it. Guess what, no steak again and the poor guy at the counter making the food asked the back several times for it, both kinds of rice and other items. He was alone and ringing people out. Much credit goes to him as each time he did it, he changed gloves which most people don’t and is gross. He was working his butt off and a great guy. The pinto beans looked dried they they haven’t been re constituted yes and the station was whipped out. Behind him looked like a hoarders house with dishes stacked up, food spilled everywhere so I took pics while I was there. We finally got our food ( he was so making to go or online orders as well). Finally the manager comes out to ring us out and was short on change in the drawer so she took several dollars and change out of the tip jar! I came back up to the counter and asked her if I could use a rag to clean off a table so we could sit down and she came out and wiped one off for us but it was still not clean. I don’t know what happened to this store but it went downhill and don’t think we will go back to it which is a shame as the Hamilton west store is just as bad.
