- ELEmma LangevinMay 12, 20262.0We got our drinks and the lid had a black rim like it was on the floor and had hairs all over it, we asked for a new drink and they took the lid off and just put a new one on, we had to pull a long black hair out from under the new lid that was left from the previous lid. I mean common.

The second time I went the chicken had a nasty taste, rubbery with a weird texture and gray mush in one side. I can't go back to this location but all the other locations have been amazing. 3 stars for service the food is what brought it down to 3.

However, we’ve recently noticed a decline in the accuracy of orders - from missing condiments to missing items. They are always gracious & provide what was missing if asked. Today, my sausage, egg & cheese biscuit had no egg…it was supposed to have no cheese. I’m sure whoever got the biscuit with egg but no cheese wasn’t happy either. I encourage an extra order check - it may hold up the line for a minute but it’s better than unsatisfied customers.
