placed an order around 4:30 pm, received order around 5:00pm, we were missing 2 of our drinks. i called the store immediately and notified we were missing our 2 drinks. the manager, a woman, stated that because she had no drivers today she sent our order to doordash to deliver. then proceeded to say she would call doordash to have someone pick up and deliver the drinks that were not even given to the first dasher. 20 minutes passed and still no drinks, and no update, so i called back and a man answered the phone. he proceeded to tell me that it was not their problem and that i needed to contact doordash for my missing drinks. well that was not possible for me to do as i did not place the order through doordash, i placed it through the papa john’s app and THEY sent it to doordash. so i was told two different things and came to the solution of going to get the drinks myself. i was offered no sort of refund or even an apology as i know mistakes can happen. 0/10 experience and will never go to this location again
